How do you reset your password in the Portal?
Resetting password, password requirements and 2FA

Change Your Password:

Select "My Account" from the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.

Click the "Change Password" button in the middle of the screen.

Use a passphrase of at least 10 characters, mixed case, and including at least 1 digit and 1 special character.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

Download the Google Authenticator app on your phone or computer (tip sheet attached).

Follow the instructions to set up 2FA

Click the Save button when complete.
