MedServe offers training courses depending on your role. Both are free and available online.

FOR DAILY CABINET USERS (Nurses, Anesthesiologists, CRNAs & Other Clinical Staff)

This course covers everything you need to confidently use the MedServe cabinet during your daily shifts, including dispensing and returning medications.

FOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS (Directors of Nursing, Administrators, Medical Directors, etcetera)

This course is for administrative users who manage the MedServe cloud administration portal for your facility. It covers system configuration, user management, and reporting.

Not sure which course to take?

If you access the cabinet to dispense or return medications, take the Cabinet Training.

If you manage settings, users, or reports in the cloud portal, take the Admin Training. Some administrators may benefit from completing both.
