Resetting Your Own Password: Logged Into the Portal

The article teaches users how to change their password within the MedServe cloud portal. It walks through each step of the process, from accessing the "My Account" section to entering and confirming a new password, and outlines possible error messages if the input doesn't meet requirements.

  1. Navigate to “My Account” from the menu bar at the top of the portal

  2. Click “My Account”

  3. Under “Account Info” click the green “Change Password” button

  4. This will promote a popup labeled “Change Password”

    1. Enter in your old password in the “Old Password” field

    2. Enter in your new password in the “New Password” field

    3. Enter in your new password again in the “Confirm Password” field

    4. Click “OK” to confirm or “Cancel” to exit the popup

      1. If the old password does not match an error message will popup

      2. If the new password does not match the security policy requirements an error message will popup

      3. If no password is entered nothing happens when you click “OK”

  5. Click the green save button on the right side bar
