Resetting Your Own Password: Not Logged Into The Portal
This article explains how to reset a forgotten password in the MedServe cloud portal. It guides users through initiating a password reset, receiving the reset link via email, and setting a new password. It also outlines potential error messages if the link is expired, reused, or accessed from a different device.

Navigate to “My Account” from the menu bar at the top of the portal

Click “Sign In”

Under the green “Sign In” button find the “Forgot password? Click here to reset it”

Click “Click here”

This will direct you to the “Forgot Password” page

Enter your email in the “Email” field

Click the green “Email Password Reset Link”

Access the email this link was sent to

Click on the link to reset your password

You should be taken back to the portal

An error message will appear if the link has already been accessed

An error message will appear if the link is accessed after 10 minutes of being sent

An error message will appear if the link is accessed on a device different than the one that sent the password change request

This page will prompt you to enter a new password

After confirming the password you should be directed to the sign in page again

You can use this new password to login
